This must be a new scheme to improve graduation rates or something by inflating student grades 5-40%. It's scary to think that this is the kind of people we have running our schools. Not only is the principal deficient in math skills, but the school isn't teaching English very well either.

Seems a stuffed bear was responsible for the death of 2500 trout at a Fish and Game Department hatchery. It was dropped into the tank where it clogged a drain which blocked the flow of oxygen to the pool. The fish suffocated.
